The thought of pineapple always makes my mouth water, and knowing that it’s filled with anti-inflammatory (more on that later) benefits gets me even more excited. There’s something about knowing that many foods are not just super tasty but that they are also very nutritious that satisfies my both my love of delicious food as well as my curious, info-seeking side.

That’s why I love this spicy ginger-pineapple green juice I came across while perusing MindBodyGreen recipes. It’s tropical goodness with just the right amount of kick and because every single ingredient is very good for our bodies, it makes it an amazing juice.
