Double chin signals weight gain. However, double chin develops naturally when one ages. The best way to get rid of those bags under your chin is weight loss. For those who are young and want to look smart by getting rid of that double chin easily, here are some exercises that one can try.

The Neck Roll

  • Slowly drop your chin forward, towards the chest.
  • Now rotate head gently towards the left
  • Stay in the position for a five count
  • Then, move your head back down to your chest. Same as the first position
  • Now rotate your head gently towards the right for a five count
  • Repeat these three neck rolls steps for at least 30 seconds to one minute

The Chin Lift

  • You can either stand or sit. However, your spine should be erect
  • Gently tilt your head back until you are looking at the ceiling
  • Pucker your lips as if you are trying to kiss the ceiling
  • Stay in this position for 5 seconds and then release
  • Return your head to the normal position
  • Repeat these steps for 1 minute

The Lion Face

  • Inhale deeply through your nose and squeeze your facial muscles
  • Now exhale through your mouth and while doing so, stick your tongue out. Stretch your tongue out and widen your eyes as much as possible.
  • Stay in this position for 10 seconds.
  • Relax. Repeat these steps for 1 minute.

The Jaw Jut

  • Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling
  • Try to push your lower jaw forward till you feel a stretch under the chin
  • Stay in this position for 10 seconds
  • Relax your jaw and bring your head back in the normal position
  • Repeat this exercise three times

The Fish Face

  • Pucker your lips by sucking your cheeks in.
  • Stay in this position for 5 seconds and try to smile
  • Release your face and relax
  • Repeat this exercise for 10 times
