‘Golden Milk’ Controls and Lower the Cholesterol and Triglycerides (Recipe)

Some studies of alternative medicine have shown that drinking ‘golden milk’ in the evening is very helpful and healthy. The key ingredient is turmeric.

Turmeric enhances immunity and brain function. It also, controls the cholesterol levels and blood pressure. It can regulate the levels of triglycerides, and if combined with black pepper, it is very useful for the skin.

Step 1

Ingredients:

• ½ Teaspoon ground pepper
• ¼ Cup of turmeric powder
• ½ Cup filtered water

How to prepare it:

Place all ingredients in a pan and cook them at low temperature until it becomes a paste. Let it cool off and place it in a carafe. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Ingredients:

• ¼ Pastes
• 1 Cup almond milk
• 1 Teaspoon natural organic coconut oil

How to prepare it:

Place the ingredients in the bowl, and then cook over low heat until you get a paste. Let it cool off and place it in a jar. If you want to get a better taste, add a little honey by choice.
