At every joining points of bones there are cartilage, Due to this we can move easily and perform the action like walking flexibly, but as we grow older Production of oil in the cartilage become less and  it becomes stiff, So the bones rub among each other and there is an issue arises in bones.

You can experience most of the joint pain near knees, shoulder, elbows and ankles, Due to the damages caused near joint because of the flexibility tendency, Hence there is a need to take care about our cartilages.
