Menu for the first three weeks

Breakfast: –omelets of 2 eggs, a piece of green cheese and juice from fresh vegetables, .
Snack A : – half a cup of low-fat yogurt150 g apples,.
Lunch: – fresh salad of celery, parsley, radishes and tomatoes and soup without pasta.
Snack B: – Handful of nuts
Mini snack: – a slice of fresh pineapple,1 apple,.
Dinner: – fresh salad and boiled fish with asparagus.
In the first three weeks avoid all products that contain sugars, sweets,saturated fats, soft drinks . Permitted foods for consumption are: fish, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, eggs, “lean” meat (chicken, turkey and beef),chard, natural juices (without sugar), of oil are allowed: grapeseed oil seeds or flaxseed.
People who held this diet reduced the hips and up to 20 inches!
